Groupon had a deal a few weeks ago and even though I am not much of a ‘deals’ buyer I found myself checking it out.

The deal was for a 3 hours Jewellery Making Class right in the west end of Glasgow for £21 instead of £60 including refreshments, cakes and all the materials needed.

Well, after checking out the company’s website I signed my life away and bought a voucher that I only had the chance to redeem today (after booking the lesson at a chosen date).

Find out about someone’s online activity?

I’ve recently discovered this website. It basically sums up a person’s online activity via their email address. Quite scary and not sure how confidential some of the content is. There surely are some things on there when I search my name that I’ve never put up for public’s view online… It doesn’t seem to have everything or anything of my recent activity though.

Nude lips.

I am not going to do another beauty blog or comparaison of lipsticks here. After a little personal research I have discovered there are way too many out there and so many blogger wannabes on youtube that it’s almost sickening!

It seems that the lipstick I got recently for a little try-out is one of the most trendy ones at the moment - maybe my personal picks aren’t that bad after all?! But it also seems that it is a controversial one compared to many more brands and colors and that it is quite hard to wear.

So after browsing many blogs, reviews and videos, I came to the conclusion that wearing lipstick might not be for me.

Best method to wear it was : Exfoliate + Mosturise + Liner + Lipstick + Gloss - I can only be impressed with those persevering and achieving the look everyday.

After a few tries it turns out this kinda works but I am still not entirely satisfied with it. Maybe for one of those days when I do not eat, drink or kiss… 

Or maybe I just need a different lipstick that fits my type of skin better. To follow.

Rudeness.

Some people are just SO rude.

I am not hiding the fact that we probably all are (or want to be?), to a certain extent and depending on the context, at some point in our lives - but here, I am speaking of the ones that just are in general, no matter what the reason (should I say excuse?) is. I think they just enjoy being annoying for the sake of doing so.

You know, the ones that just complain about everything - there is always something wrong with their drink/food/service/life/travels/people/what they step on/the weather/the atmosphere/the gifts received/other people’s ideas/the way you do things etc… These usually come with the world’s knowledge of whatever upsets them. They ARE right and you are always wrong. No other imaginable way of thinking the situation. No compromise. You’re the idiot. They’re the queen (more rarely king I find – women… or should I say girls/babies? are usually the worse for this and even stand out for their male “real” victims at times – how sad).

I think it brings a whole lot of questions about the education these people get sometimes. There is a way to say things and behave within what we call society.
